Frank Patry
CEO
Prior to joining Pinion and transitioning to his role as the GR8 Affinity CEO, Frank had diverse industry experience including financial services, engineering, procurement, construction, insurance, healthcare, and legal. Frank has expertise in project management, business process management, transformation strategy, advanced organizational behavior & theory, risk management, root cause analysis, fraud / incident investigations, and operations. He has vast geographical experience including the EU, UK, India, Thailand, China, Ireland, Czech Republic, and multiple locations in the United States (30 states).
John Pastor
Operations leader
John is GR8 Affinity’s Country Manager and Operations Leader based out of the Philippines. He brings over two decades of leadership experience in the shared services sector and has worked in both the captive and vendor areas of the industry. John is passionate about people development, creating a strong culture, and running day-to-day operations. John has successfully helped the GR8 Affinity secure 60+ associates in the Philippines.
Aneesh Nangelil

Aneesh comes to the GR8 Affinity after spending 11 years as the Tax Director for Grant Thornton’s Shared Service Center in India. There he led 11 different tax business lines which included over 150 associates throughout India. Aneesh will use his 20+ years of expertise, 18 of which are in US tax to help make our efforts in India a successful venture.
